University partnership pathway
Start with one course and expand on evidence.
A partnership can start from a research topic, a course direction or a single course. These are the three typical stages, and what each side prepares at each stage.

Joint diagnosis
Understand the school's priorities, regional industry and current conditions; agree a topic.
To prepare：Programme focus and courses in development, priority regional industries, current training facilities, target employer types.
- STEP 02
Pilot
Start with one course or joint project, usually over one semester, with assessment and a joint review.
To prepare：A pilot course and faculty, student cohort, industry mentors, rubrics and capability units.
- STEP 03
Expand
Based on pilot results, extend to programme clusters, research centres or international projects.
To prepare：Pilot review, student work and assessment records, scope and roles for the next stage.
